Cal. 44 WCF. S# 102752A. Bbl. 24" octagon, with early original sporting sights. Full length mag. Blue finish, with case colored hammer and lever. Walnut forearm and straight grip stock, with crescent steel trapdoor buttplate. Mfg. in 1882. CONDITION: 40% original blue fading to brown. Sanded and refinished wood shows a few marks. Mechanically fine. Lightly pitted bore retains strong rifling. (01-27071/DS). ANTIQUE. $3,000-4,500.
